Full Bathroom Installation in Portsmouth

The Brief

A homeowner in Portsmouth wanted to bring a dated bathroom up to a modern standard. The existing layout was not making the best use of the space, and the fittings had seen better days. They asked us to take on the whole job, from stripping the room back to the finished result, so they only had to deal with one team from start to finish.

What We Did

Our work included:

• Stripped the room back: Carefully removed the old suite, fittings and tiles, and cleared the room ready for the new layout.
• Reworked the layout: Adjusted the positions of the basin, toilet and bath area to make better use of the available space and improve how the room flows.
• All plumbing and first fix: Ran new hot and cold supplies and waste pipework to suit the new layout, all to current standards and tested for leaks.
• Fitted the new suite: Installed the new bathroom suite, taps, shower and fittings, making sure everything sat level and sealed properly.
• Tiling throughout: Tiled the walls and floor to a clean, even finish, with proper grouting and sealing around the wet areas.
• Finished the room: Completed the trims, sealed the joints, and left the room clean, tidy and ready to use.

The Result

A fresh, modern bathroom that makes far better use of the space and is built to last. The new layout is more practical for day to day use, the tiling gives a clean finish throughout, and every fitting has been installed properly and tested. The homeowner was left with a room they can enjoy for years, all handled by one team.
